Steps for training registration are available on this site under Training and are as follows:

1.  Program administrator/supervisor develops a profile by:
            a.  Click on www.connpat.org
            b.  Click on portal in upper right hand corner
            c.  Click on develop profile and list whomever will be the affiliate administrator
2.  Each staff member develops a profile by:
            a.  Click on www.connpat.org
            b.  Click on portal in upper right hand corner
            c.  Click on develop profile
            d.  Be certain to use current  email and check number of years of experience
3.  Affiliate Administrator adds staff by:
            a.  Click on www.connpat.org
            b.  Click on add new staff
            c.  Add info on new staff with correct emails
4.  Staff or affiliate administrator can now register for training (see training)

Annual Requirements:

1. To assist with fidelity to PAT model, access the Supervisor's Handbook by visiting the Portal Login Page on PAT website. Click on My Tools and choose Affiliate Administrator, then Quality, then Supervisor's Handbook from the drop-down menus.

2. Complete the Affiliate Quality Assurance Blueprint for record keeping and staff review, which is located in the Supervisor's Handbook. 

3. Complete an Affiliate Program Report, which will be available online each spring, by visiting the Portal Login Page on PAT website. Click on My Tools and choose Affiliate Administrator, then Quality, then APR Portal from the drop-down menus.

4. Each Parent Educator must renew their certification and curriculum access each year by October 1st by going the Portal Login Page on PAT website. Click on My Profile and choose Renew from the drop-down menu. 

5. Complete Affiliate Endorsement process after year four.  Endorsement is valid for five years.

6. Pay annual affiliate/renewal fee per current price structure.  

​​​Steps for programs/agencies desiring to become Parents as Teachers Affiliates (utilizing the PAT Model and Curriculum)

Step 1:  Review the Training Gateway information and then complete Readiness Reflection   to determine if the Parents as Teachers Model is appropriate for your program and needs.

Step 2:  Contact State Leader to inform State Office of your intentions 

Step 3:  Review the Essential Requirements for a PAT Affiliate; as well as the 

              Quality Assurance Guidelines

Step 4:  Complete the Affiliate Plan and send to state leader.

Step 5:  State Leader will contact you after review

Step 6:  Complete any additions, edits, etc.; resend to State Leader

Step 7:  When Plan is complete, State Leader will send to National PAT for final review

Step 8:  National will contact program and State Leader with edits or approval

Step 9:  Upon approval, pay the initial affiliate fee of $3850.

Step 10:  Program now may register staff for required PAT training​
